Hi, This is to bring to your kindly notice that i had visited the T. nagar { Chennai Store }, I met thier staff by name Anand CSD unfortunately happens to be a customer service desk representative, Not fit to be at all , asked for a cartoon of Twister Appy Tropicana, blindly says that we cant give cartoon, he does not know to differincate between a trader & a customer……… When i asked for the floor manager he says that the floor manager is not available and he has gone for marketing .. i.e on Sunday, how does they operate the store with out the floor manager by having these lulu pungus… Big Bazar wake up now… your baap of retail stores star market { Tata } has come to chennai… before you windup pls. wake up if you have these types of people working…. They are a threat to your stores…..

Sincere advise.. there is no second change in retail as such, and have senior people to be present at the store what what it matters in the service and not the price…

  1. I had vide Slip No.2135 of 16.8.09 booked a Table (chop stick). Delivery period mention is 15 days.
    Till date I have not heard from anyone about this item and phone numbes provided are also not in working condition.

    what action should i resort to ?

    when u buying a product, check & inspeck then pack bring along with you, by auto or mini van. its always good.
    but once iam also felt in the same situtation.

    BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AT COUNTER.COUNTER PEOPLE ARE ENJOYED AT COUNTER WITH OUT OPEN IT AND PEOPLE ARE IN BIG Q FOR BILLING.PLS STOP TISH PRATICE ELS VERY BAD IN COMPETATITIVE MARKET.

    Sir, I had purchased 6 usha ceiling fans (model – new trump)from your saligram outlet last year for my new house at chennai but fitted only recently.To my surprise except two fans others are not functioning properly! One stopped working also.I come to know that it is a failure model from usha fans!! As it is more 6 months since the purchase waranty period also over now, I have to get them repaired from outside.Why your company has sell such poor quality produts for your own profit and make us to sufer!     I received a call from your office that I am selected for a gift for a voucher filled during my recent visit to your outlet at chennai.As I am out of chennai on duty, I requested my wife to contect your office for the collection of the gifts. But she was told that with out couple’s precence gift vouchers will not be given and so she need not come for collection! My son Harish also got a gift similarly, but for him also a couple is required ot collect the gifts!! Why did you tell this at the time of filling the forms for the lucky draw? Please rectify this problem and send the gift vouchers to my home. Thanks.
